Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Denver and a Certificate of Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business, Mitchell’s academic foundation propelled his successful career in real estate and finance.
As Founder and CEO of WindMass Capital, Mitchell drives the firm’s prominence in commercial real estate. His leadership has fostered growth through strategic insights in investment banking, structured finance, asset management, and acquisitions. Prior to founding WindMass Capital, Mitchell served as Vice President at Goldman Sachs, specializing in CMBS origination and real estate financing.
Mitchell’s career spans pivotal roles at UBS Realty, Deutsche Bank, and Centerline Capital, enriching his expertise in multifamily, industrial, office, and retail properties. His diverse experiences include managing real estate structured finance and private equity investments.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mitchell cherishes family time and outdoor pursuits like fishing, skiing, and boating on Lake Michigan. His multifaceted career and personal passions underscore a balanced and accomplished individual, committed to excellence in all aspects of life.
